Nice work Bob. Looks like the 66 has a bit of field curvature. Cheapest way out: Crop 'em.

The second one is a great image.

To make it even better, I would relief a bit the black clipping point to make the image smoother.

Appreciate the input Paul, Asi &  nandopg      I guess there are plenty of other processing applications and techniques to clean this humble image up much betterer.  Had my hands full ridding the blue halos,  A Friend has just purchased an SO MV 2" filter  for his 6" achromatic which is producing some amount of blue around the stars,  be interesting to see how that goes ?

I was also surprised to the amount of curvature/coma from this Petzvel ( Built-in Corrector ) designed optics system ?   mmm  two modifications to be made,  or I may even dedicate this WO66 to spend most of its remaining days as a guide scope and may Vamp up the ED80 with a Reducer/flattener combo for Imaging with

The second one is a great image.

I thought I may have over clipped it Fernando, Thanx for confirming the Point <--  No pun intended )

An ED80 would be the bees knees I reckon Bob! Specially with the breed of FR/FF I got for mine

Yep that field curvature is really evident!  Oh well, glad I sold it to you cheap, Bob. Apart from that corrective fault it looks really good and crisp imaging!

What makes me wonder is why WO offered it and the full apo 3 element version, but I guess its a big ask to get the optics perfect on such a small focal length in a refractor, unless you want to spend a couple of thousand or more...

Plenty of uses for a scope like that as you say. so long as you are happy I won't feel guilty!

Great fields to  be had @ 400mm    I have some other targets in mind for it well .   Andromeda &  the Orion neighbourhood,  Glad to do the Deal  Steve !

Cheers @ Rgrds  Bob .
